If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. Conducting a Transaction -

This section of the Terms and Conditions applies to transactions conducted through the website using services provided by Altaif (the “Services”). The Services include the purchase of foreign currency via a digital transaction, which is fulfilled by either in-store pickup or mail delivery.

You authorize Altaif to use the bank accounts you have identified for the purpose of providing the Services. If instructed to do so by you, Altaif will debit and credit the accounts provided by you pursuant to your instructions. You have certain recourse rights if any debit does not comply exactly with your instructions. For example, you the right to receive reimbursement for any debit that is not authorized or is not consistent with your instructions. Further information on your recourse rights is available at www.cdnpay.ca. You may at any time terminate the authorization by written communication to support@taifco.com.

You consent to Altaif confirming your identity by matching information provided by client with publicly available sources such as credit file reports and other third-party sources. Such

verification will not have any affect on your credit score or be visible to other financial institutions. You consent to the storing of this information for the purposes of identity verification. Altaif reserves the right to ask for further information (such as an identification document) to ensure validation of your identity. In cases where identity cannot be confirmed, Altaif may cancel your order without notice, and refund your transaction in full amount.

Altaif may cancel, pause or delay orders at any time, without notice. In such cases of cancellation, you are owed a full refund of the transaction, including any fees imposed by Altaif. You may amend your order at any time until payment is completed, by which you may no longer make changes online.

Our maximum liability to you in respect of each use of the Services shall be limited to a refund of the purchase price of that Service. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions including any disclaimers and limitations are found to be unlawful or unenforceable then such provisions shall fall away and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms. This provision does not affect your statutory rights to the extent that such rights cannot be modified or excluded under applicable law..

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
